Pet fee is 35 eur per stay (max 2). A fresh and well-planned holiday apartment in a semi-detached house, with a spacious combination of kitchen and living room, separated by a fireplace. Two of the spacious bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs, where there is also a large loft space for children to play. The sauna section in good condition is on the ground floor, with access to your own covered terrace from the dressing room. The bathroom has two showers and a stylish sauna provides comfortable baths. There is a separate toilet on both floors. The apartments are located in the quiet area of Viitapakkoi, near the Kalajoki golf course, from where it is less than a kilometer's walk to the center of Hiekkasärkkie, restaurants, a spa and a water park. Footpaths and lighted charging routes start next door, and there is a shelter near the well-maintained paths where you can experience the wilderness atmosphere. The area's terrain is the best for mountain biking, and there are even sledding hills in the area. Holiday apartments can be rented together, so you can get accommodation for the whole family or a larger group of sixteen people. In the yard. there is plenty of room for cars. The downstairs bedrooms and the second upstairs bedroom have a 160 cm wide double bed and the second upstairs bedroom has 80 cm single beds. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and crockery. In addition, there are plenty of pots of different sizes, a frying pan, and baking dishes. We also offer starter packs of toilet and kitchen paper, baking paper and coffee filter paper. The villa has mechanical ventilation, washing machine, television, bedding (blankets and pillows) and cleaning equipment.

The area is quiet, located near the golf course and Kalajoki Hiekkasärkät services within walking distance. In winter, ski slopes start nearby, and in summer Kalajoki's famous Hiekkasärkät invite you to take a dip in the Baltic Sea or enjoy the sun on the beach or on numerous terraces.
