Beautiful studio in the trendy Punavuori district. This compact studio offers you everything you need for a nice stay! The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary faclities: dishwasher, inductive stove, microwave/stove combination and fridge with freezer box inside. With the French Presso and toaster you can easily prepare your own breakfast. In summer time you can even enjoy your morning coffee in your own little patio that is located in peaceful inner courtyard of the residential block. Great location: The sea and Kaivopuisto park are around the corner and city center is within walking distance. The apartment is surrounded by cafés and bistros. 100 meter to 24h grocery store and tram stops (line 1 and 6).

By traveling frequently myself and staying in different types of accomodations, I can understand how to give a great accommodation experience for a guest which is my absolute priority. Punavuori district, located ca. 1km Southwest from the downtown Helsinki, is known for its neighbourhood shops, community atmosphere, and lively feeling. For many, the attraction of Punavuori is the abundance of design and fashion boutiques, restaurants and bars. A great number of the Design District shops are to be found here. The area is Helsinki's most densely inhabited district and especially popular amongst young adults and families with small children. The streetscape is diverse: old industrial buildings turned into offices and apartments and with art nouveau stone castles, neo-Renaissance houses, and functionalist building blocks all cohabiting in harmony. The district has also retained some of its old wooden housing blocks. If you wish to compare, Punavuori can be seen similar to New York’s neighborhood Brooklyn, with its cool little shops, great cafes and places to eat and the atmosphere in general is relaxed but still unique.
