Sisäänkirjautuminen on helppoa ja kätevää, ei stressiä kiirehtiä tapaamaan isäntää avaimen saamiseksi. Sijainti on upea. Kävelymatkan päässä keskustan palveluista ja nähtävyyksistä. Lukuisia kauppoja ja ravintoloita lähellä. Pysäköinti on ilmaista illasta aamuun arkisin klo 18-8 välisenä aikana, ja sunnuntaina koko päivän. Muina aikoina vyöhyke 2 parkkimaksu (2e/t)
