Cozy one bedroom apartment with a spacious glazed balcony in Helsinki Oulunkylä. The apartment is clean, beautiful, and cozy for staying. Public transport, services and nature nearby. With good transport connections from the center and the airport, about 10 minutes by train. The express tram between Itäkeskus and Keilaniemi runs in front of the apartment. The entire apartment is in use. As a rule, the keys are handed over face to face. I sometimes use R-kiosk's key service.
Communication mainly takes place via Airbnb's chat or by sending a message to the given phone number if there is something to ask/notify.
Services nearby; grocery store Alepa Veräjämäki 300m away, in addition, in Oulunkylä other larger grocery stores (S-market, K-Supermarket), restaurants (Capperi, Uno, Picnic, etc.), pharmacy, gym, sports park, city bikes. Green area for nature, Vantaanjoki (cross-country ski trail in winter, outdoor trails at other times), Pikkukoski 700m (open in winter, otherwise beach), Veräjämäki and Käpylä detached house area, beautiful Vanhankaupunginkoski and Arabianranta cycling distance, city bikes, city bikes Services in Oulunkylä nearby (restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, health center, gym (Fitness 24/7). Location next to the railway, allows easy and quick access to the city center or the airport. Travel time to the main train station is about 10 minutes. Bus service also nearby as well as city bikes. Nearest parking spaces next to it along the street.
