Treat yourself to the luxury of solitude and silence in a comfortable house on the lake - a great solution if you love and know how to choose. The house is located on a large private area of 1.2 hectares, has its own terrace overlooking the lake, a balcony, two fireplaces and a sauna. The house is located on the shore of a picturesque lake with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. The house is suitable for holidays for every season. Large area with its own forest, manicured lawns and garden. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Private beach near the house. Sauna with wood-burning stove is located on the shore of the lake. Private pier from which you can dive every morning and swim in the lake all day. There is a grill on the terrace of the house. There is also a separate grill gazebo on the shore of the lake. In summer there are bicycle routes nearby, and in winter you can enjoy nature on the ski slopes. The nearest fast charging station for electric vehicles is 5 minutes away.
The house is located in the beautiful Mäntyharju. This is where the lakes start. A traditional suburban area for the townspeople. There is a route for mountain and touring bikes, a tennis court, kayaking routes, a national park, museums, an art center, an ice rink, a hockey rink. Mäntyharju has the entire infrastructure of the city (supermarkets, shopping centers, pharmacy, clinic).
