This house is originally a lemonade factory. Upper floor which is for rental use to be our home too and it still feels more like a home than just a flat. There's nature all around and there's many nice swimming places around - some very public but also some very quiet and nice. It is very easy to get into the city if that's what you want and it's only an hour drive from Finlands capital city Helsinki (highway all the way!). In Loviisa you can find a lot of nice restaurants and cultural things also. Our family loves animals and especially dogs which we breed also - the property is nicely located if you're 'bout to join any of the dog shows in Southern Finland area (Helsinki 1 hour drive, Kotka one our drive, etc...). Another our family thing are american cars and hobby cars overall. There's at least two large events in Loviisa every year. The funniest is Loviisa Burnout Party in the end of August every year - burning rubber more than you need ;-)

Woods, swimming places, sea, fishing places, etc! Loviisa is one heck of a city for calm being or see a lot of things - also bars, night clubs, restaurants. There's also a frisbee golf track nearby!
