Villa Capitou is recently renovated, has a 5-star guest rating and offers your own private Bali-style pool (without safety fence), leading from the shady terrace, surrounded on both sides by forest offering peace, privcacy and a refreshing break. It is in a gated hillside community with an uninterrupted view to the shimmering Mediterranean, over the historic town of Frejus. Like your personal Club Med! The villa has a/c and fibre broadband in all rooms and a large smart TV with Netflix etc. It also has a desk and office chair making it ideal for remote working. In the surrounding area are a choice of 4 beaches, 3 golf clubs, tennis courts (free), scuba diving, kayaking, jetski, catamaran hire and a water park. The family will never be short of things to do. The villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The lawn and deck around the pool are great for family groups to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The bakery, Hacienda Pizzeria/Restaurant and Lidl (supermarket) are 5 minutes away so your essential shopping is on your doorstep.
We are regular users of Booking. com when we travel and aim to welcome our guests the way we like to be welcomed. We offer complimentary cold drinks or fresh Nespresso coffee on arrival and a complimentary bottle of chilled local wine awaits your evening aperitif. The villa has a Bali-style pool leading off the shady terrace providing the ultimate in exotic poolside luxury. The villa is well equipped for a family holiday with lawn, deck and shady alfresco eating area, gas BBQ and an outside shower. Families are often happy to just spend the day relaxing around the pool. Children are normally in the pool within 5 minutes :-) For teenagers and adults, the community sport and leisure centre has a huge swimming pool, a pool for kids and a casual poolside pizzeria/restaurant, with evening entertainment, free all-weather tennis courts and bowling (petanque). We supply graphite tennis rackets.
We are 5 minutes from the freeway exit providing a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Cote d'Azur (St Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gorges du Verdon, Abbaye du Thoronet and the beautiful medieval mountain villages of the Var, as well as Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Biot and Grasse in the Alpes Maritimes, are all in easy reach). Or if you just wish to relax, you will have everything you need to spend the day at Villa Capitou, chilling out around the pool under an umbrella. In the evening you can have a relaxing meal or drink at 'The Hacienda Cafe', just up the road within our gated community, or at the many seaside restaurants and cafes in historic Frejus and St Raphael. At night you can enjoy the bright lights, rubbing shoulders with celebrities in St Tropez, Cannes or Juan les Pins. The villa is well situated as a base for local events like Roc d'Azur, Frejus (10 mins), Cannes Film Festival (20 mins) and Les Voiles de St Tropez (45 minutes).
