This bright 40m² 2-room apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift of a seafront building. Ideal for a 2-person stay, with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large balcony with sea and cape views for relaxing or having lunch. It has all the comforts for your stay: two balconies, air conditioning, wifi, bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Just a 1-minute walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the train station (Menton/Monaco/Nice), all amenities are at the foot of the building (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars). Ideally located, this flat is perfect for enjoying the Riviera.
Valérie will be at your disposal during your stay and will be delighted to answer your questions by phone or Whats app (from 9am to 6pm). She will share with you her best addresses and tips exchanged between locals. Everything will be done to make you feel at home.
The Cap Martin district is the easiest way to get to Monaco, either by car or by train. You'll find all the amenities you need (supermarket, bakery, bar, restaurants, public and private beaches, municipal swimming pool (les Bains du Cap).
