We have fully restored this 17th Century apartment to a very high standard and regularly upgrade and improve the furnishings and facilities. We are available to welcome you upon your arrival and explain how everything works in the apartment as well as offer advice about the local attractions and events. We provide linen and towels and make the beds prior to your arrival. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance as well as plenty of shops and tourist attractions just a short distance away. There is a local market nearby every Thursday. We can help with any questions or problems throughout your stay if you wish. The property is in the old part of town facing onto the river Herault and has secure storage for those with bicycles. It is an easy cycle ride down to the beach and to the Canal du Midi using dedicated cycle tracks which pass by our apartment building. We are within easy walking distance of the railway station and local bus stops and the nearest airport (Beziers / Cap d'Agde) is only a 12 minutes drive away.
Nous avons entièrement restauré cet appartement du 17ème siècle à un niveau très élevé et régulièrement moderniser et améliorer le mobilier et les installations. Nous sommes disponibles pour vous accueillir à votre arrivée et vous expliquer comment tout fonctionne dans l'appartement ainsi que vous conseiller sur les attractions et événements locaux. Nous fournissons les draps et les serviettes et faire les lits avant votre arrivée. Il y a de nombreux bons restaurants et bars à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que de nombreux magasins et attractions touristiques à une courte distance. Il y a un marché local à proximité tous les jeudis. Nous pouvons répondre à toutes vos questions ou problèmes tout au long de votre séjour si vous le souhaitez. La propriété est située dans la vieille ville face au fleuve Hérault et dispose d'un local sécurisé pour les vélos. C'est une balade à vélo facile jusqu'à la plage et jusqu'au Canal du Midi en utilisant des pistes cyclables dédiées qui passent devant notre immeuble. Nous sommes à distance de marche de la gare et des arrêts de bus locaux.
