There was a little confusion about getting the key. Their email said they would meet us in person when we arrived; they did not. When I sent another message, they sent an additional welcome document that had the key code. So it all worked out, though this delayed us by a few moments. Otherwise the apartment was excellent--clean, convenient and well equipped.
