A lot of charm for this typical tropezian apartment and recently renovated, sunny all day, quiet, without vis-à-vis with a magnificent view of the roofs of the village and the Citadel. - Ideal location near market, port and restaurants. - DESCRIPTION: - On the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) of a old house: Two-rooms duplex apartment comprising: - LEVEL 1 (2nd): entrance and private stairs - LEVEL 2 (3rd): living room (sofa bed 140x190) - kitchenette - bedroom (bed 160x200) - shower room - separate toilet - SERVICES (non-hotel) : WIFI - bed linen and towels - end of stay cleaning - PARKING: - in front of the building to unload luggage - possibility to park for free during the stay at the PARKING DU PORT 8 minutes from the apartment (reservation on request)
