Although the elevator stops on the fifth floor, don't worry – there's only one floor to climb on foot. The sloped attic interior adds an authentic touch, but it's advisable not to be very tall. In the living room and main areas, you can stand, albeit slightly leaning to access the sleeping area. Enjoy this cozy cocoon for an unforgettable getaway in Nice! We are delighted that you are considering spending your vacation in our establishment, and we would be thrilled to welcome you. Our location is ideal, situated right in front of the tramway, in the heart of Nice. This will allow you to easily enjoy all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. We would like to emphasize that our establishment is strictly non-smoking. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect this policy during your stay. Additionally, if you are two people and wish to sleep separately, please note that an additional fee of 20 euros will be required to use the sofa bed.
