In Sauzon, we offer this charming house for rent, completely renovated in 2023, with a surface area of 115 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a 30 m² fitted kitchen with dining area, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 300 m². We are waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and sitting area. - A 30 m² fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room with WC First floor - Bedroom 2 : One queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC - Bedroom 3 : Bunk bed (sleeps 2) and single bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful 300 m² enclosed garden with flowers - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other comments : - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Steep staircase requiring special supervision for young children. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
