Hi! I invite you to stay in my cozy and sunny apartment in Cannes! 200 meters from the beach and in a few minutes walking to the Palace of Festivals. For your comfortable rest there are one double bed (140x190 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 people (130x190 cm). Separate shower and a toilet with a window. Set of towels and bed linen are included into the price. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There are a large pot, pans, toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, electric stove, microwave. Also you can use a washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. At your service are also free WiFi and digital TV (+Netflix). For your baby we have a folding bed and a dining chair. Near the house, there is a grocery store. Our spacious Studio is located in the heart of Cannes. Within walking distance to plage du Midi (beach), Promenade de la Croisette, the famous food market Marché Forville, Old Port, Gare de Cannes train station, restaurants, shops, attractions, Mistral Square with a children’s playground. There are some public parking places in front of the house, and also several big municipal parking lots within a three minutes walking distance.
I live here and I love France. That means you'll get high service and local recommendations! Feel free to book or message me first, happy to answer any specific questions in advance. By day, I am a small business owner. By evening, I love riding my bike along the sea, admiring the sunset and meeting smiling people. I travel a lot. I know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience. ⚠️ Please note: the apartment is on the 4th floor. Elevator size 55cm x 95cm, elevator doorway width 65cm (unfortunately, it is not suitable for wheelchairs and some baby strollers).
