This is a shared apartment, i will still live in the apartment during your stay. I have my own bedroom, you have your own closed living room with terrace and a sofa bed for two persons. The living room can be closed with doors like a room for your privacy. We just share the kitchen and the bathroom. Looking forward to host you in Nice :) Take care, John.

The port area is lovely ! Near beaches, the sea, here we have a lot of terraces, bars, restaurants :)) the atmosphere is both typical and trendy 😉
