This charming 40 square meter apartment is located in La Flotte and can accommodate 4 people. It will be perfect for vacations with family or friends. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay. You will stay ideally in the city center, near all amenities and the sea! We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Sleeping up to 4 people, the accommodation comprises two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed; a fully-equipped, functional kitchen; a shower room; and a cosy living room with a TV to relax in after an intense day. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. The location is ideal: in the heart of the city and close to the sea! All amenities are close at hand: various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, you'll find the Marché de la Flotte and an "Intermarché SUPER", a 5-minute and 15-minute walk away respectively. You'll be 13 minutes' walk from Plage de l'Arnérault, 7 minutes from Musee Du Platin, 11 minutes' drive from Fort La Prée, 8 minutes from Plage de la Cible and 15 minutes from Plage des Gollandières. Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay. ## Emplacement La Flotte is a historical village which invites its visitors to stroll along the harbor or under the plane trees of the Cours Félix Faure under the glance of the old houses of the XVIIIth century. The port of La Flotte welcomes today many boats and sailing ships in stopover on the island of Ré. ## Transports - La Rochelle-Île de Ré airport: 23 minutes by car. - La Rochelle train station : 35 minutes by car.
