Our family villa is a haven of peace that we care about very much, and which offers a relaxing and green living environment around the pool with its terraces, barbecue, a fully equipped summer kitchen and its small shaded corners where it is good to relax. It is particularly suitable for families seeking peace and quiet. Two bedrooms are converted into a complete studio, 1 bedroom with a mezzanine and a bed 120 for 2 children and the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet with an independent entrance and terrace. The enclosed courtyard allows secure parking and the land is fully enclosed. The property is also equipped with 4 boxes for horses and a merry-go-round that turns into a giant playground... petanque, Babington, football etc ... with stunning views of Saint Victory.
The caretaker, housed in an independent studio, is discreetly present for the maintenance of the garden but also to ensure the proper functioning of the house and the respect of our property as much as the serenity of our neighbors. We will not accept any overflow, no celebration, no noise or inappropriate attitude. -10 people maximum in the villa. - Identity documents required on arrival for all guests staying in the property. In case of non-compliance with the regulations (number of people, music and drunkenness or inappropriate behavior) the contract will be canceled and the stay ended at the time of the report and not refunded.
