The house, particularly bright, designed for up to 6 people, offers a space of 110 m² fully at your disposal, and includes two levels 3 bedrooms with dressing room, a large kitchen open to a living room, two toilets, a bathroom. It offers the possibility of parking two vehicles and possibly access to a closed garage. Finally, a large garden of 500 m² to enhance your stay. • on the ground floor : The "Star Room" (~ 12 m²) with a convertible bed in real two places 140x200 The bathroom with walk-in shower AND bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer (~ 12 m²) The toilets with washbasin and washing machine • upstairs : The room "Maryline", with a double bed 140x200 (~ 14 m²) The room "Ballerina", with a double bed 140x200 (~ 16 m²) The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and cookware) (~ 20 m²) The living room with a corner living room, a coffee table, an LCD TV, and a service (~ 18 m²) The toilets with washbasin.
