## The space Located in the city center of Ajaccio close to all amenities, the market and 10 min walk from the beach, this 47m2 apartment with high ceilings is the ideal place for families to stay in town. You will have everything nearby: museums, restaurants, bar, beach, proximity to the train station and airport shuttles. Spacious, full of charm and calm, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT lift, it consists of: - A large lounge area with a nice view of the sea and the port. - A large bedroom with a 140x200 bed. - An atypical bed for 2 people on the mezzanine in the kitchen accessible by a staircase/shelf. - An equipped kitchen (fridge, hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - Washing machine, hair dryer and ironing equipment - Sheets and towels - Free WIFI -TV ## Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor accessible WITHOUT elevator. For parking, free parking spaces are located around the apartment. You will also find two paid car parks at the station and at the port. Please note that places are not guaranteed with the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. ## Guest interaction The Casamea team will be available throughout your stay if you have any questions. ## Other things to note The apartment is air-conditioned.
