Old fisherman's house enlarged and fully renovated (2016) South facing. Very bright and modern house. With a room on the ground floor with a desk and a large dressing room. It is located near the bathroom with a shower and a toilet. A second individual toilet is near the living room. A small bedroom and a mezzanine with beds upstairs. The modern kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher is open to the living room. It overlooks a large south facing terrace that allows you to fully enjoy the sun. Isolated from the road, you can enjoy in privacy. You can also enjoy the beach of Pors Mabo in few walking minutes distance. The kitchen is equipped with basic accessories for cooking. Sheets are provided. Washing machine available. Wifi. In winter you can enjoy the wood stove : wood provided with additional charge. Towels option with additional charge. Arrival from 4 pm. Arrival possible without our presence (key box). Options possible : Sheets and or Bathroom linen
Young graduate, I work on Mayenne and return to Brittany the weekend enjoy this beautiful region, especially for windsurfing. I inherited this house from my father and wish to allow holidaymakers to enjoy life in Brittany. House very bright and modern. The large terrace is its greatest asset to soak up the sun breton!
Pleasant environment: You can enjoy water activities, sailing school, marina, diving center. If you love nature, enjoy natural sites, hiking ect ... Beach at 600 meters.
