Property information

## The space You enter directly in the main living area. On the left is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine,sparkling water machine and a large work surface for cooking with pleasure. On the right, a tastefully decorated room composed of a dining area and a cosy living room with a view on the park. You will also have a large screen and an internet connection (free and unlimited Wifi). Facing you is a wide corridor with large built-in cupboards leading to the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a clothes rack and two single beds. In the last room, you will find a desk area, ideal for working, and a sofa bed. All three bedrooms have French windows overlooking the park and greenery. The bathroom is bright and modern with a large shower cubicle and a towel dryer. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided. ## Guest access Access to the accommodation is AUTONOMOUS, with a key box. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located a few steps from the heart of our beautiful historic city. Close to the main street and its shops, you will also be within walking distance of the Amboise market (Sundays from 8am to 1pm), the Castle and the banks of the Loire. Amboise has many restaurants and bars, as well as clothing and craft stores, a delicatessen, good bakeries, a Carrefour City, a bookstore, pharmacies... All within walking distance of the apartment! The cities of Tours and Blois are 35 minutes away by car, as well as the famous Beauval Zoo. You can also visit other Loire castles nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont...) or take advantage of sunny days to walk along the Loire, or even go down in a canoe ! ## Getting around The A10 highway is 15 minutes away (Autrèche), the Amboise train station is 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes by foot, and the TGV train station (Saint-Pierre-des-Corps) is a 20-minute ride.
