We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ventron, this charming house of a surface of 190 m ² and being able to accomodate until 14 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m² (with fireplace) with a capacity ideal for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 16 000 m² as well as a terrace, a wooden kiosk and a petanque field. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! Exterior: - A beautiful garden of 16,000 m² by a stream with a wooden summer kiosk. - A terrace of 30 m², exposed South-East, sunny between 8H and 14H with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - A petanque ground accessible from the terrace. Other remarks : - Free wifi available. - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of15e per day, only one pet accepted. - Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rate: 20e / double bed; 15e / small bed. One towel per person included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.

The house is ideally located in Ventron, in a very pleasant environment, quiet and without opposite. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of cellars, restaurants, goat farm, market... Activities : Nestled in the heart of the Massif Vosgiens in the Regional Natural Park of the High Vosges at the gates of Alsace, in a green setting, where the forest is omnipresent. - Touristic sites : the lake of Gérardmer, the Hohneck (from its summit a magnificent panorama on the Vosges), Colmar (the small Alsatian Venice), Kaysersberg (superb village of the wine road).... - Sporting activities : hiking, biking and mountain biking from the gite. In winter, ski resort of "Frère Joseph" also called "Les Pistes de Ventron", fishing... - Cultural visits: visit of a copper mine, discovery and tasting in the vineyards, goat farm accessible on foot... - Events : Film festival in Gerardmer, Daffodil festival... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking lot of the house which can welcome up to 6 vehicles.
