Fabulous apartment. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean with some useful, more unusual tourist books available to read which were useful. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach, Old Nice and the shops as well as the tram stop. The building itself was quiet with no noise from neighbours or upstairs apartments which I have experienced in the past.

We absolutely loved our stay at la Maïoneta! The location cannot be better, very close to the promenade, tram and main squares. The hosts sent us a booklet with lots of great local recommendations. The apartment is sparkling clean, decorated with taste, and has everything you could need. I can't recommend this place enough !

We loved the apartment, the decoration is beautiful and modern, the bed was so comfy, a nice bathroom, it smells so nice and there's everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Just great taste and comfort all over, and it's actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Also there's an elevator. This place was definitely the highlight of our trip. The location is really good, you're close to everything. The hosts were so helpful and nice.

This was honestly the best place we could have stayed in Nice! The location couldn't have been more convenient and the flat was beautiful and clean. The concierge was the loveliest and most helpful lady. Well worth the money we paid!
