This is the third life for this house from 1900! Bourgeois home, she became Périgueux art school in the 70's to become in 2015, "La Petite cour"! The work of beautification and renovation will have lasted nearly two years to restore this building, its character and charm. Keep the former adding modern comforts, this is what dictated our work! original oak flooring, and soundproof rooms with windows double glazing sound and heat; cement tiles with colored patterns and walk-in shower with hydro jet! But the most remarkable transformation is surely this little courtyard, past the rear facade and entrance of the horses and staff raised and vitamin cocoon!

Right out of university, I had the idea to create guest rooms. A welcoming place where my guests would feel at home! Favorable conditions to implement this project are implemented after 10-year career! It was necessary to not miss this opportunity and this 19th building that corresponded exactly to my dream!
