La villa Verte is a brand new property built in 2017, boasting two self-contained high quality apartments solely dedicated to greeting guests. Both properties include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a separate bedroom with a twin or double bed, a bathroom with a modern shower and a separate toilet. Both apartments have an outside private terrasse with garden furniture. Airconditioning and wifi is included as standard as well as a coffee machine Tassimo, a safe and cable tv with international channels. All rooms can be provided as double (Queen size) or twin rooms (beds 80cm x 190xcm). Matresses are hotel quality standard as well as linen provided. L'appartement Vert de Bordeaux bénéficie d'une mezzanine avec une hauteur sous plafond de 160cm maximum avec 2 lits (idéal pour une chambre d'enfants). The apartment "Vert de Bordeaux" boasts a mezzanine with a maximum ceiling height of 160cm and 2 single beds - ideal for a children bedroom..The apartment "Vert d'Eau" boasts a sofa convertible into 2 single beds (80cm x190cm) or a queen-size bed.
Wecome ! We are a Franco-Irish couple, live next door to the villa and will be delighted to assist you and guide you during your stay. They speak fluent English, French and Spanish. If you are interested in golf and wine we will be pleased to assist you through their travel company Greens and Grapes. Lucius and Sylvie
La villa Verte is situated less than 2km away from the heart of the city. It benefits from a very quiet residential area and great transport connections to the city, the airport and the railway station. Many typical food shops are located very close the villa : bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, etc. And many restaurants and bistros. The city center is only 15 minutes walk (or 10 minutes bike ride) to the hear of the city and the river bank. Bike hire available as well as electric car hire nearby.
