On the top floor, this loft and its terrace of 35 m2 with an impressive sea view overlooking the roofs of this beautiful old nice will seduce you. How to resist strolling all day on your deckchair, lunch or dinner thanks to its summer kitchen (fridge, plancha, sink) and garden furniture. This contemporary loft, fully equipped will make your holiday an unforgettable memory. Located in the heart of Old Nice, you can stroll through all the shopping streets, filled with typical restaurants, from its daily market at 50 meters (the famous Cours Saleya). The pages and the walk of the English is only 2 minutes walk. 4 publics parking all around my building (less than 3minutes each) Complete bed linen and shower towels are provided equipement manuals Maps, wifi passwords, trains and buses hour touristic book and advice time arrival after 9pm is 30e more you can leave your lugguages your suitcases in a luggage storage (1 minute walk from the apartment) A luggage store is available in old town to allow you not to burden yourselves and to take advantage of your whole stay.
