Agence Cocoonr offers you a magnificent apartment ideally located a stone's throw from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne in the historic district of Nantes. This 3-bedroom, 6-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, whether for business or pleasure, don't miss out on this unique place! The apartment, located in an old building, faces the famous esplanade, Le Cours Saint Pierre. It boasts a number of assets: the charm of its stone walls, an atypical layout conducive to conviviality, and a pretty, private, quiet courtyard for summer evenings. With a total surface area of 89 m2 on the first floor, the layout is as follows: The first door opens onto a private courtyard with plants and garden furniture. Opposite the front door, you'll find a hallway, a shower room to the right and a bedroom opening onto the courtyard. To the left, living room with kitchen separated by a bar, then two bedrooms and separate toilet with washbasin. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 double beds (130*190) and one bedroom equipped with two single beds (90X190) that can easily be moved closer together to suit your needs. It is also equipped to welcome young children (cot with mattress, high chair, bathtub and changing mat). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down. Facilities include: Nespresso coffee machine, wifi connection, shower, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Last but not least, you have free access to the "Château" outdoor public parking lot (we'll tell you how to do this on arrival).

In the heart of Nantes, just a two-minute walk from the château and a stone's throw from all shops and restaurants, public parking (fee payable) and public transport. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around, visiting the most beautiful monuments or doing a little shopping. The Cathedral, the Lieu Unique, the Lu Tower and the Musée d'Arts are just a 3-minute walk away, while Place Royale, Rue Crébillon, Place Graslin and its famous theater are just ten minutes away. The machines on the island are 3 streetcar stops away. The Cité des Congrès is less than 1 km away. Transportation The first streetcar line (Line 1) is at the bottom of the street, with the other two and many buses at two stations. The Nantes SNCF train station (Duchesse Anne stop) is a 5-minute streetcar ride away, or a 10-minute walk. For the airport, allow around 20 minutes by bus from the station. You can also use the city of Nantes' "Les Bicloos" bicycles (24-hour subscription available).
