Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Cagnes-sur-Mer, this charming air-conditioned studio with sea view, at 100 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, in a building of standing, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it has a nice living room of 26 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - A swimming pool (shared, not heated) open from the end of May to the end of September (opening date not contractual), fenced with secure access, reserved for residents. - A south-west facing terrace of 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - The accommodation is completely non-smoking.

The flat is ideally located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of the Cros de Cagnes district, 100 metres from the small port, the beach and the seaside promenade. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
