We had a stop off in a long journey, it was perfect, close to the main route but very quiet. Comfortable, nicely decorated, well equipped nice surroundings in nature. Host very helpful.

This guest house is located 15 minutes from the Marseille airport , 20 minutes from AIX TGV and 10 minutes from the A7. Located in the countryside at Velaux, in the heart of a pine forest, the "Mas des Roches" offers several differents rooms and self-catering accommodations. Most of them feature a private terrace. A swimming pool with it's pool house, two spa (one of them is a private hot tube) and a sauna are at guests' disposal. for the jacuzzi, the customer must request 24 hours in advance for the start-up. Each unit includes free WiFi access. The studio and the apartment offer a mezzanine sleeping area and a small private garden. Upon request, a cooking lesson or a visit of local markets can be organised. A caterer can also be requested. Restaurants and bars can be found 1 km away. The property offers views over the surrounding hills and free parking is available on site for cars and small camper vans. Le Mas des Roches à Velaux is 26 km from Aix-en-Provence, 33 km from Marseille and a 5-minute drive from the A7 motorway. Marseille Airport is 11 km (or 15mn) from the property away.

The house combines elegance and naturalness, friendliness and intimacy. This villa offers different spaces on several levels, shaded terraces and summer kitchen around the swimming pool. The studios allow to keep a certain independence, and a share of freedom. Each studio or room has its terrace. The pine forest around provides tranquility and visual glimpses of the hills and fields of vineyards and olive trees so typically Provencal. The charm of guest houses, warm and authentic, with hotel-like services. This is the spirit wanted by the owners of Mas des Roches, a character house where calm and serenity reign. Also think of the Mas des Roches for family reunions or for group holidays, you can enjoy the entire property and its multiple services on your own.
We bought the Mas des Roches to carry out a well-matured welcoming and sharing project. We very much like to meet people from different horizons, near or far and to make them discover our region, our experiences, in a warm and family atmosphere
The village of Velaux is particularly well located, between Aix en Provence and Marseille, not far from the airport, the TGV station and just next to the A6 motorway exit. It is a pretty Provencal village, with its typical market, surrounded by vast natural spaces conducive to walks and sporting activities
