The house is an ideal departure point for Saint-Malo, the Mont St Michel and the wild coast with its most beautiful sandy beaches: the Saussaye beach 800m away, the Port Mer beach 900m and the Verger beach. The Pointe du Grouin is a fifteen-minute walk along the GR34. A 5-minute drive will take you to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings). The Port de la Houle, famous for its oysters, is less than 10 minutes away by car.
