Lounge Area - the top floor provides a lounge, with an open fire place, and a dining area with breath-taking views out to the sea. A comfortable seating area around the fire is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the evening. Dining Area - the dining area is perfectly located next to the French style kitchen, with seating for 10 people. From the dining area, double doors lead onto a stunning balcony for outdoor dining, again for 10 people. Covered by a pergola to provide shade, you will enjoy balmy summer evenings with views of the sea and the twinkling lights of Mougins. There is also an unusual, but impressive architectural feature “the pod”, perfect for an early evening cocktail or a game of cards. The kitchen is a typical French kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and a wood fired pizza oven. Double doors lead out onto the outdoor dining area. There is also a pantry with a large fridge/ freezer. On the ground floor there is a second very spacious living area with comfortable sofas and an impressive fireplace which sets the tone for relaxing. Double doors lead out onto the swimming pool. The ground floor also provides a large utility room and a games room.
Our informal and relaxed holiday villa, Les Cypres, is located a 4 minute walk from the Val de Mougins and a 20 minute walk to the beautiful village of Mougins with it's wonderful restaurants and art galleries. The swimming pool and gardens enjoy views of the sea and the village of Mougins. Located less than 30 minutes from Nice airport. Sleeps max 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Four en-suite, two of these recently refurbished. Fifth bedroom shares bathroom. Outside dining beneath a lovely pergola.
Mougins is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France. It is located on the heights of Cannes, in the district of Grasse. Mougins is a 15-minute drive from Cannes. The village is surrounded by forests, such as the Valmasque forest. In the village there are pines, olives, and cypress trees.
