Our recent trip to Nice left the warmest memories thanks to the hospitality of the owner Fernando and the excellent conditions in the rented apartment. The location is very convenient – the embankment and the beach are within a 10-minute walk. The apartment fully meets the description and photos, very neat and cozy. We checked in without any problems even a little earlier than the scheduled time. And the compliment in the form of a bottle of local wine made us very happy! In short, the vacation was a great success. We highly recommend this option!

Amazing stay. Feel at home in Nice. 10 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais or the tram station number 2 that takes you to the airport. We were impressed we got a list of restaurant recommendations that turned out to exceed our expectations and surprised to find a bottle of rose wine in the fridge. The apartment is quiet and you can find everything you need if you decide to cook. It is very spacious compared to any other studio you could rent in the city. The bed was really comfortable. The heating works great. We even found suggestions for places to visit around the city.

The host is a very polite man who is always in contact. Answered very quickly, always trying to help and solve some problem of yours. Also sent a lot of useful information, what to do in Nica and where to have dinner. The apartment is very cozy, clean. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, everything you need for life. The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a great bakery 3 minutes away. And 5 minutes from the apartments are several grocery stores and a pharmacy. The beach is also within walking distance. If I come to Nice again, I would like to stay in this apartment again.

The apartment was clearly recently refurbished, very clean and had all the amenities one would need. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and it took 10 minutes to city center with a scooter but the distance was walkable as well. I could easily recommend

Very nice apartment, 2 rooms - bedroom and living room with the kitchen. Stylish design and has everything you need, almost like at home :) 7-10 minutes to the English embankment, where U can find a lot of caffès, restaurants and off cause the beach 🏝️ thanks a lot to the owner of that apartment, Fernando, who is very friendly and responsive! it was a pleasure to stay here!

The property was clean and modern. Included everything I needed and more, such as a coffee machine, Netflix and a bottle of wine in the fridge! The host Fernando was very helpful and sent me detailed instructions on how to access the property, things to do nearby and restaurants to try. He was always available to assist throughout my stay. The property is quiet and very dark and nighttime making it comfortable to sleep, the location is great with the tram stop and beach only 10 minutes walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants around the area.
