Wonderful apartment in luxury residence close to the beach, 10 minutes from Croisette, 3 bedrooms (1 kid's room), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), 2 king-size beds, 1 single-bed which can be put up to queen size in the Kids' room and 1 put-up bed in the Master's room. Large living room with ample windows, furnished terrace along the perimeter. Air conditioning cold and hot. Free parking and garage next to the entrance, useful for electric cars and comfortable for loading goods. There is a private swimming pool available in the residence. Ultra fast Wifi.
