I propose for your stay the upper floor of my house, configured as a T3, comprising 2 bedrooms of 11 m2 each with a double bed, a dressing room and an office, a modern bathroom with double sink and dry towel, a separate toilet , and a kitchenette with a small relaxation area. The total surface of the floor is 40 m2. This friendly and warm space dedicated to you is fully parqueted and non-smoking and does not allow guests or parties. Your private space has been designed to offer you maximum privacy (each room is locked) and comfort with new quality double bedding. Everything is provided: duvet, pillow, mattress protector, sheets, duvet covers and towels Fully equipped, you will have at your disposal a dishwasher, an extractor hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave and induction hob, kitchen essentials, a toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. In the living room you can relax on a comfortable 2-seater sofa. A flat screen television. At your disposal the latest generation broadband internet (Wifi 6), Netflix. a video alarm system is installed in the common hallway of the entrance

Another bakery located 3 minutes walk away is at your disposal. This small town on a human scale and surrounded by greenery offers a lot of opportunities for you to flourish and feel good. Many green spaces (lakes...), fitness trail, a busy town center with a market on Saturdays, several restaurants and wine cellar, beer cellar. MAGNY LE HONGRE is also close to the famous VAL D'EUROPE shopping center and LA VALLÉE VILLAGE which will satisfy your passion for fashion. To entertain you, the DISNEYLAND Park and DISNEY Village, 5 minutes by car, where you will find a cinema and many restaurants and shops, games room. Another park Le Village Nature, dedicated to the aquatic world, is located 10 minutes away by car. But also Davy Crockett for tree climbing. Therefore all the conditions are met for an unforgettable stay.
