Life is beautiful in our newly renovated house with a nice garden, only 5 minutes away from the beach and 7 minutes away from the beautiful sand beach "L'Écuissière". The house is very well located. It's central location on the island gives you easy access to cycling paths and a direct acces to the famous "oyster road" and its "cabanes" that you should visit with your bicycle. 3 minutes away, you will find a fantastic aquatic center called "Iléo" as well as the golf and the marais birds stood, must for nature lovers 3 minutes away, the village - style Dolus d'Oléron will provide you everything you need including a large supermarket, fresh bakeries, retail... Come on to play pool, ping-pong and enjoy the jacuzzi in our beautiful cosy home You can also get discounts renting surfboards and/or booking surf lessons with Island Surf School. The house - 135 sqm includes : - Large living room with 3 sofas, including a sofa bed and a pool🎱 -Fully equipped kitchen -2 large bright and pleasant verandas with an eating area -A bathroom with a large shower -2 toilets, one outside but sheltered -A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom -Another bedroom with 2 bunk beds ( The beds in both bedrooms are custom made by carpenters. Each bed includes a reading light and a socket) -A large double bedroom with balcony on the first floor, shutters + electric blind -The garden on the east side with a large wood terrace, perfect for breakfasts -Garden on the west side with a wood terrace as well, an outside dining table, barbecue, jacuzzi and green lawn -Wi-Fi with optical fiber -Capacity up to 14 people
