The pool is not heated and opens at the beginning of June. Ideally located 400m from the Vias-plage shopping street and 600m from the Vias beach. The property has a large 25m² terrace, a 75m² garden and a 2.5mx4m, 1.30m-deep swimming pool. The accommodation has two bedrooms upstairs with double beds (160x200 and 140x200) and a large sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. There is a bathroom (washbasin + shower + WC) on the first floor and a bathroom (bath + WC) on the ground floor. In the kitchen, you will find a classic filter coffee machine and an automatic Senseo machine. The flat has 2 private parking spaces and a garage.

I'd be delighted to share my good addresses with you and welcome you in the best possible way! With this in mind, I set up RIBOLEYS, a company that manages flats and houses rented all year round on a short-term basis in Vias.
Travelers are invited to bring their own bed linen and bath towels. If this is not possible, we can provide them for a fee. The rental does not include a cleaning fee, and a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment are provided. However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you on reservation.
