Located in the picturesque Antibes, the newly renovated villa (2023) offers a wonderful tranquil experience in the heart of Cote d'Azur. The Villa has two independent apartments, each having approx 80m2 and booked separately. Each apartment can accommodate up to five people featuring: - two double-bed bedrooms - a large integrated kitchen, dinning and sitting area with a sleeper sofa bed - 1.5 bathrooms - outside swimming pool with lounge chairs (shared by the two apartments) - BBQ area - AC in each bedroom and living room - outdoor private sitting terrace - garden, children's playing area (shared by the two apartments) - on site private parking, with electric charger - its owned private terrace Access: Villa Constance is conveniently situated close to: - Nice International Airport (approx 25 minutes by car/taxi) - Gare d'Antibes (main train station - 30 minutes walk, 10 minutes by car) Things to do while in Antibes: Antibes has plenty to offer for an unforgettable experience: - Charming Old Antibes, with its many restaurants, shops and bistros (10 minutes by car or 40 minutes walking) - Musée Picasso (10' by car, 40' walking) - Musée Océanographique de Monaco (1h15' by car) - Fragonard Perfumery Factory in Grasse (35' by car) - Medieval castles in St Paul de Vence (40' by car) - Cannes, with its world renowned Film Festival (30' by car) - Get a masterclass in wine tasting through a private day trip to one of Provence's vineyards
