Completely renovated, the house offers spacious accommodation and the charm of an old house with high ceilings. Arranged over 3 levels, its atypical layout is sure to win you over! The layout is as follows: - A large hall leading to a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room opening onto the outside, a sitting room, and also a bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with a small private shower room accessible via the corridor (ideal for a person with mobility difficulties), as well as a toilet. 1st floor - Landing used as office - 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with private shower room - 4 other bedrooms (with 140cm beds), 2 of which can be connected, - A toilet, - Bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: - 4 bedrooms (4 x 140 beds), 2 of which can be connected, - Shower room/wc - Room with billiard table, sports machines, board games and lounge/TV area. The gite has a courtyard, 3 terraces including 1 with a 6-seater spa, a garden with private parking. Other remarks: - Rates do not include heating and electricity (heating package e25/night; electricity 8 kW included per day, over e0.25 per additional kW). - End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional service, 200e payable on site. - Bed linen: 17e/bed if beds are not made up; 25e/bed for beds made up on arrival. - Bathroom linen: 15e per person - Pets accepted with supplement ( 5e / day / pet). - Jacuzzi: 65e per WE, 150e per week and 200e per 2 weeks (payable to owner). - Game consoles for hire (Xbox 360 and Wii).

The house is located at few minutes walking from the village and its amenities, close to the expressway in order to easily reach the surrounding tourist sites such as Damgan with its beautiful family beaches, Rochefort en Terre, and the Branféré Animal Park.
