Villa Sans Pareil is a typical Provençal house - a famous Provençal architect had originally built it for his self – and is located above the town centre of La Croix Valmer. It is built into the side of a hill and has a fantastic view of the ocean and landscape. You can take walks from the house for hours. The beach is 8 minutes away by car. It has two floors, a large living room and a dining room, a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, antique and Provençal furniture, three terraces, a hillside garden typical for the Mediterranean with palms, cypresses, cactus, bougainvillea and other lusciously blooming shrubs, a covered and protected parking space for one car - to put it in a nut shell - it is a dream. Thanks to its natural location as a single-family home on a hill and surrounded by a garden, it guarantees great protection against contamination by COVID-19. The house if furnished with: Dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, free Wifi, satellite television, hi-fi system, telephone, fax etc.
The house close to the center of La Croix Valmer (20 minutes walking distance) in the hills. The beaches can be reached quickly by car (e.g. Plage du Débarquement or Gigaro Plage). The center of St. Tropez is easily accessible in 20 minutes by car. Other attractive places in the neighborhood are Grimaud (with a historic castle), Gassin or Ramatuelle. There are excellent shopping opportunities nearby - Géant Casino at the La Foux intersection in the car 10 min. - Cavalaire (10 minutes by car) - 2 Spar retail stores in the center of Croix Valmer (5 minutes by car) - Bakeries and butchers are also in La Croix Valmer - Sundays in Croix Valmer, Wednesday and Sunday in Cavalaire, Tuesday in St.Tropez. The nature reserve around Cap Lardier is the ideal place for nature lovers and hikers. There is also the option of taking a ferry from Cavalaire to the Îles d'Hyères. An amusement park and mini golf courses are located at La Foux halfway to St. Tropez.
