1 Castle Mews is a modern property with two double bedrooms, one ensuite, a large family bathroom and open plan lounge and kitchen diner. Dartmouth is right on your doorstep ready for you to explore, but should you wish to stay in, the house is comfortably furnished as a home from home, there is plenty of room to relax, curl up in front of the Smart TV with the log burner glowing. Dartmouth town centre has plenty of exciting places to eat and drink within walking distance from the property. The house benefits from a one free parking space, although this is a 10 minute walk away from the house. You may find your car useful if you wish to explore further afield - plenty of beaches, coastal walks, National Trust properties and an abundance of great places to eat and drink but everything within the town is accessible by foot.

Dartmouth is a vibrant and busy town with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Throughout the year there are many popular events and festivals including the Dart Music Festival, Datmouth Royal Regatta, Food Festival, Woofstock and many more. There are places of historical interest, coastal walks, beaches nearby, water activities, cinema and arts centre, family activities, National Trust properties and so much more.
