Occupying a choice position on the premium Glan Gwna Holiday Park, enjoying a delightful setting with extensive open views over the surrounding park and beyond. This chalet has been fully renovated in 2020 and individually designed throughout to make this detached residence a real home from home. Fitted with all modern comforts and hosts a number of attractive contemporary features throughout and is an excellent example of what to expect from a holiday home. No expense has been spared during this full refurbishment programme New bi fold doors leading into lounge area. Flat screen Televisions throughout, mobile charging points, kitchen fitted by Kutchenhaus with Bosh appliances bedroom 1 Patio Doors fitted, Bedroom 2 Triple bunk beds - single on top and small double to bottom Bathroom fitted with Bluetooth speaker mirror, shower and toilet GCH WFI Please Note The property is accessed by 6 steps with handrail
Hi I’m Fran and the proud owner of 115 Snowdon Drive. After spending many happy years holidaying at Glan Gwna in our Caravan I decided in 2019 to purchase a chalet on this popular family holiday site. I have undergone a full refurbishment programme on the property, and replaced all internal walls with new beams, insulation and plasterboard. A New roof has been installed along with new Double Glazing including Bi Fold windows to lounge and Patio Doors to main bedroom. I have installed a new kitchen by kutchenhaus the German kitchen specialist with Bosh appliances, and a new fully fitted bathroom. There is a spacious balcony for all our guests to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the site. FULL GAS CENTRAL HEATING AND ALL ELECTRICITY INCLUDED.
Glan Gwna Holiday Park for caravans and lodges nestled in a secluded wooded valley, located just two miles from the Royal town of Caernarfon and right on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The park itself is set within 120 acres of landscaped grounds; with woodland, streams and rivers; a private fishing lake, and abundant wildlife. Glan Gwna is true haven of peace and tranquillity, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are excellent facilities on site, outside pool - seasonal (May - September) a poolside Bar serving drinks and food. Onsite cafe ,shop and laundry. You will find lovely walks around the park and the River Seiont runs throughout. There are beautiful beaches just a short drive away and the town of Caenarfon just over a mile from the site. This is an ideal base for walkers with Snowdonia and breathtaking beaches just a short drive away. The park is a perfect base from which to explore all the riches that North Wales has to offer.
