The living areas in this first-floor studio apartment consist of a double bed with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, dining table for four and a sitting room with TV and Juliette. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs on walkway and communal lawns as well as a parking permit for one car in the car parking, although parking is not guaranteed as it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Make memories at 24 Heron Court. Note: There are spiral stairs from the carpark which are narrow and steep but wide straight steps up from the garden area. Note: Additional sleeping for two guests on double sofa bed, please contact us to advise. Note: Due to steep stairs, this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. A parking permit is provided but a space is not staircase leading to property , also a alternative second set of stairs leading to the property which are normal.

West Bay is located at the western end of the dramatic pebbly Chesil Beach, close to the glorious sandstone cliffs of Golden Cap. Bridport, the lively market town featured on River Cottage, is only 1.5 miles away. Numerous family-friendly activities are available in the region. Charmouth, a popular destination for fossil hunters; Lyme Regis, a picturesque seaside resort; and the River Cottage HQ in the vicinity of Axminster are all within easy driving distance to the West. Abbotsbury's beautiful subtropical gardens and swannery, as well as the beautiful Weymouth beach, are located to the east.
