This property is beautiful, in a lovely village and a fantastic base for exploring the various cotswolds places of interest. When we arrived the property took our breath away and the photos didn't do it justice. So beautifully decorated with some quirky features. Every room was lovely, we enjoyed the log burner in the lounge especially. We even had a lemon drizzle cake left for us in the kitchen which was delicious. The local pub the Tite Inn was great for both food and drinks and only a short walk away. The convenience store with a deli and butchers was also great and just around the corner, however if you wanted a coop then it's a short drive away. We wished we'd booked a longer stay at this property and if we were to go to the cotswolds again then this place would be our choice again.

Amazing property. Best holiday accommodation I have ever had. Top notch finishes to all the décor, everything you would need and more was provided, including logs for the excellent woodburner and toiletries. There was even a bottle of wine and essential provisions to welcome us.. An interesting room layout with beautifully finished and comfortable bedrooms and classy bathrooms. Was the perfect meet up point for our family reunion, where we also enjoyed a nice meal in the cosy local pub, the "Tite Inn". Thanks to our hosts for making our short stay a special event. Didn't really want to leave!!

The cottage was beautiful, equipped with everything we could possibly have needed and of a very high standard throughout. The photographs don't actually do it justice. The weather was particularly cold when we stayed and you wouldn't have known that inside due to how cosy it was. The heating was excellent and there was plenty of wood to keep the log burner going. The burner was made ready by Rosie prior to our arrival. Rosie and Chris live on site and were available whenever needed and we cannot compliment them enough. Privacy was totally respected but easily contactable. Homemade cake and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch and very appreciated. The stay was for my Mother in law and her two daughters for special time together following a difficult year due to her ill health. The whole experience was amazing due to how fantastic the cottage and hosts were. Thank you.

Just want to say a big thank you for our 3 night stay in your beautiful cottage. Needless to say it was not long enough as everything exceeded our expectations. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout, and very well equipped. Thank you the hosts who were very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole stay. This Barn conversion is full of character and has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen has absolutely everything needed for self catering. Great location , just a stroll to village shop, butcher , cafe & the Pub is in walking distance too 😀 . Its a quick spin to chippen norton (closest town) and there's lots to see n the cotswolds close by . There are a few options for longer day trips too like Oxford Bath and London. Hosts very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was the highlight of our holiday as its so well presented and lovingly restored.
