The location is just 6 stops away from Birmingham new street. However, the town of Sutton Coldfield has a lovely little market/shopping area with plenty of restaurants. There’s also places outside to explore and the train service is good, very accessible; just a 20/25 minute walk from the place. The BnB itself is wonderful, it has all the essentials needed; a very cosy soft bed. A big shower space. The kitchen area is spacious also. The place is also very clean and makes you feel a sense of home. It’s definitely worth the price. The breakfast is a cold selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit which was enough for me. Steve showed exceptional hosting skills when he toured me around the apartment. Very helpful! I spoke to Maria when I checked out and she is very conversational, very polite also. Overall, just a lovely couple and place to stay with/at!

The New Build Basement Apartment Consists of 2 x Double Bedrooms , 1 x shared Ensuite Bathroom with same party, 1 x Separate Toilet, 1 x Kitchen/Diner, 1 x Off Road Parking Space.
We are a Married Couple, we have lived in Sutton for over 35 years and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. We love wildlife and ensure they are looked after in and around our home.
We are in the Sutton-Coldfield Town Centre, a short walk to amenities. (Cinema - Shops - Bars - Restaurants - Swimming Baths - Leasure Centre - Royal Sutton Park - Hospital 20 min walk) 4 min walk to the Bus Services, 15 min walk to the Train Station to Birmingham City Centre or Lichfield, 30 min Drive to Birmingham Airport & and NEC 50 mins Drive to Eastmidlands Airport.
