The house is clean, well fitted out and an easy walk down to the beach or into the town. Kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Bit tight to get into the garage but having your own parking space is gold dust ! Reversing as advised is the trick (BMW X3 no problem) We were 3 adults and 1 child and there was lots of room for everyone. Would definitely use again if we were back down in Exmouth.
