A fantastic three storey four bedroom semi-detached home located in the increasingly popular Moston 2.4miles from the city centre. The house is refurbished to a neutral and modern taste. One bedroom has a dedicated work space with a desk and chair. The remaining three bedrooms have a bed and wardrobe space, perfect for a team of construction workers or a small family. The property is conveniently located within close proximity of shops, supermarkets and schools. The Metrolink tram station is just a 10 minute walk away providing frequent, quick and easy access into Manchester city centre. the property has an extended driveway providing off road parking for multiple vehicles, to the rear is a good sized landscaped garden.
I enjoy travelling, love to cook authentic indian dishes and enjoy the occasional baking. I am green fingered and enjoy gardening, I tend to eat out on a regular basis and let my hair down with the girls every so often
The local area is quite and mainly occupied by families, there is a field at the end of the street so will often see locals walking their dogs, excellent links into the town centre which is only 2.4 miles away, local convenience stores are only a 2 minute walk away, lovely neighbours who are quite and approachable professionals.
