Our home is on a very quiet street, built in 2022, it's modern, and there is a gym, sauna, jacuzzi just 3 minutes walk away for a fee of 30GBP per month. We have a beautiful view over the hams as far as The River Avon, and the forest beyond. There is a lot of fantastic wildlife and birds to enjoy nearby. ParkRun happens every Saturday just over the back fence so takes 2 minutes to walk to. The house has all modern facilities and is warm and spacious. We have one ensuite guest room, and 2 which share a family bathroom just with each other, no other family uses it. We hundreds of 5* reviews and enjoy making sure you have a great time.

We have travelled lot and our children are now beyond Uni age so we have space. I am a welcome Ambassador in Bath and we have always enjoyed hosting people from all over the world.

We are 10 minute walk along the river path to the train station. From here the train takes 9 minutes to get you to the centre of Bath with all its history and less than 9 to get you to Bristol Temple Meads which is a fantastic place to visit for it's vibrant youthfulness as well as its history. In Somerdale itself there is an abundance of open space, playgrounds, river walks, and there is easy access to great country pubs and sporting facilities. You can paddle board, run, walk, play tennis and lots more.
