Bay Retreat Villas is set within St Merryn Park on the outskirts of St Merryn, just 5 km from Padstow and close to many bays. Each 4-star villa has 1 twin room and 1 double room, plus a balcony. Features include a kitchen, a lounge/dining area, a private patio and a small garden and WiFi. Facilities include a flat-screen TV. The well equipped kitchen boasts a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. On-site park amenities include a shop and use of the tennis courts. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in picturesque St Merryn, which is 1.6 km from the villas.

In the immediate vicinity there's a Nisa store and a tennis court. The village of St Merryn is about a mile away and the country road does not have a pavement so it is necessary to drive. Many clients choose Bay Retreat as their base due to the location being close to seven fabulous bays and just three miles from the historic harbour town of Padstow.

    For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £350 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.
