    Perfect location for visiting our family in Ayr, Prestwick, Irvine and Mauchline. Spacious and clean, with a 'Fredo' on arrival ( although hubby would have preferred a Tunnocks👍😂) Nice shower, plenty of towels, space to hang clothes, and Netflix 👍...

A stylish 2 bedroom traditional executive apartment set on the upper floor of a 19th century blonde sandstone listed building located in the seaside town of Ayr, in the very heart of Burns’ country! A quiet, family friendly idyll, (No Parties permitted at all please, we have to be fair to our lovely neighbours 😀), enjoying stunning views across Belleisle Golf Course to the Carrick Hills, Inverdon is within minutes’ walk of Ayr’s beautiful beaches, parks & golf courses, restaurants & bars and yet enjoys a tranquil setting amongst its own grounds. Although situated in a lovely, peaceful & relaxing location, Inverdon lies close to a wealth of amenities including Ayr's beautiful beaches (5 minutes' walk), parks, bars, restaurants, Ayr's Odeon cinema, the Citadel Leisure Centre, Ayr Railway Station, The Gaiety Theatre, ten pin bowling at LA Bowl, Pirate Pete's Family Entertainment Centre, Rabbie Burns' Cottage, Rozelle Park & Belleisle Golf Course.......all of which are within an easy ten minute drive.
Hi, we're David & Tia and we're offering our stunning traditional apartment in Ayr! We spent many happy years living in Inverdon and we still absolutely love the building, the grounds, the apartment and the location...... but we have an Old English Sheepdog (Parsley) and he's getting on a bit now so finds the stairs a bit too much. We didn't want to sell the apartment so we got rid of Parsley. Kidding! We moved for the wee fella and he's got his own garden now so we thought we'd let others enjoy all that Inverdon has to offer. Our neighbours are lovely, friendly people and we have an agreement with them to not host our apartment for parties, stag/hen do's, under 25's etc so please remember our free cancellation policy if this makes you change your mind and thank you! 😀 Please note that, to comply with our insurance policy, I'm afraid we need to request a security deposit in advance. We always return our guests' deposits within 24 hours and are happy to report that we have always returned the full deposit to all of our guests, please check our reviews.
Inverdon enjoys a tranquil setting in the lovely Seafield area of Ayr, right in the heart of Burns country! Our apartment is a lovely, quiet, family friendly oasis of calm situated in a peaceful & relaxing location close to Ayr Beach! (Sorry, but we're not the place to stay if you're looking to have parties, loud music etc!). Inverdon lies close to a wealth of amenities including Ayr's beautiful beaches (5 minutes' walk), parks, bars, restaurants, Ayr's Odeon cinema, the Citadel Leisure Centre, Ayr Railway Station, The Gaiety Theatre, ten pin bowling at LA Bowl, Pirate Pete's Family Entertainment Centre on the beach, Rabbie Burns' Cottage, Rozelle Park & Belleisle Golf Course.......all of which are within an easy ten minute drive from Inverdon. The ferry service to the stunning Isle of Arran is very regular (weather dependent) and leaves from Ardrossan which is approximately half an hour’s drive away or just under an hour by train. Add to that the stunning surrounding Ayrshire countryside, Prestwick International Airport on your doorstep and internationally renowned golf courses at Prestwick, Troon & Turnberry and it really is a lovely place to be!
