Just a minutes drive or short walk into Tynemouth and North Shields, this ideally situated lower floor apartment offers fabulous standards suitable for both families and couples.. Tynemouth Golf Course and Northumberland Park is also just a few minutes walk away, with Tynemouth Village and the beach in easy walking distance. There are local shops, restaurants, bars and takeaways within 100 yards. This clean, modern and well decorated apartment has been thoughtfully laid out including lovely spacious lounge with a large 65 inch smart TV, modern fitted kitchen with all usual appliances and utensils, the 2 bedrooms include one comfortable king sized bed and one double bed, both with high quality bedding, the master bedroom has a lovely bay window with dressing table, with an additional fold away camp bed which is suitable for a child or a medium/small adult. Modern bathroom with power shower over bath. There is a private clean enclosed outside patio yard, with outside seating for 6 persons.
